Only about 7% of the members of the Florida Bar are Board Certified in their area of practice, and less than 1% have met the qualifications to be Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer. Mr. Ferrin met those requirements in 1988 by demonstrating the required trial experience and success on a written examination, and has been re-certified every five years. He is now Board Certified in Civil Trial Law through May 31, 2028, placing him in a small group of attorneys who have maintained this distinction for 40 consecutive years.
